Further, the official websites operated by the Company and our group companies (including the Yayoi Kusama Foundation, hereinafter the same) are limited to the websites of yayoi-kusama.jp, YAYOI KUSAMA STORE, and the Yayoi Kusama Museum, and our official social media account is limited to the official Instagram account (@yayoikusamamuseum) operated by the Yayoi Kusama Museum.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<li>The Company and our group companies assume no responsibility for information other than information on our official websites or official social media accounts. Further, the Company and our group companies assume no responsibility for any damages arising out of or in relation to information on our official websites or official social media accounts, except for damages arising out of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Company or our group companies.<\/li>\r\n\t\t\t<li>We assume no obligation to engage in or no responsiblility for any transactions or disputes related to Yayoi Kusama or her artworks (including forgeries and imitations) between any parties.
